Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes your consent to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and our internal policies.
The Company strives to ensure accurate and up-to-date information across all its products and services but does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content provided.
We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from reliance on materials accessed through our Platform, emails, or other resources.Certain areas of the Platform may require account registration or login credentials.
Quantum Pulse reserves the right to restrict access to any user who fails to meet the necessary requirements or violates these Terms.
While we aim to maintain uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee continuous or error-free availability.
02. Learning Guidelines
All academic and certification programs are governed by Quantum Pulse’s internal academic rules and regulations, as well as relevant national and international laws. These guidelines are periodically reviewed and updated as necessary.
03. Registration and Fees
Registration Fees: Course fees are determined by our admissions team and may vary by program. Quantum Pulse reserves the right to revise course fees at any time without prior notice.
Enrollment Policy: By enrolling in any program, you agree to adhere to all company policies, including those related to conduct, examinations, training, and payment.
i) Failure to submit required documents may result in the cancellation of your admission without refund.
ii) Non-payment of fees within the stipulated time frame may lead to enrollment termination without refund.
iii) A minimum attendance of 75% is required to qualify for placement support.
iv) Providing false or incomplete information in your application may result in cancellation of enrollment. Courses and curricula may be modified, updated, or replaced based on academic or operational requirements.
v) Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of training and fulfillment of all obligations.
vi) Unauthorized sharing or distribution of course materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
vii) Quantum Pulse does not guarantee job placement, salary, or employment outcomes.
viii) Certificates may be withheld until all dues are cleared.
ix) By registering, you grant Quantum Pulse the right to use your name, image, and limited profile information for academic or promotional purposes.
x) Learners who fail to demonstrate satisfactory academic progress may be removed from the program without eligibility for placement.
xi) Learners are responsible for regularly checking their LMS account for announcements and updates.
04. User ID and Password Integrity
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (user ID and password).Sharing, transferring, or disclosing your credentials to others is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.
05. Learning Resources and Updates
Quantum Pulse provides access to learning materials, practice tests, and related resources as part of your enrollment.
We reserve the right to modify, revise, or enhance these materials periodically.
Access to updated content may require additional fees, which will be communicated in advance
06. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property, including but not limited to the Platform’s content, design, graphics, code, materials, and services, is the exclusive property of Quantum Pulse.
Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to access and use the content solely for educational and personal learning purposes.
Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of our content is strictly prohibited.
08. Limitation of Liability
Quantum Pulse shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Platform or Services.This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions.
09. Modification of Terms
The course fee applicable at the time of admission is campaign-specific and non-transferable.If a learner requests to switch to a different batch, a Batch Change Fee of INR 8,000 (inclusive of GST) or USD 100 will apply.This fee covers administrative and resource reallocation costs associated with the batch transfer.
